Data protection policy

In order to fulfil the content of the Organic Law 15/1999, of december 13th, of Personnal Data Protection and its reglaments develops, the Foundation Center of Supercomputing of Castille and León, informs you that the personal data provided in any register form or through the contact e-mail, or later, could be incorporated to a authomatized file or non authomatized file for managing the general information requested.

Morover, the Foundation Center of Supercomputing of castille and León has several forms for offering particular information to the users that requiered it, because of that in following lines we develop the concrete measures for every case:

• In case that you send your data through the form of suscrition to the magazine, your information will be use for managing your suscription and send the magazine for any way, including electronic means.
• In case that you send your data through the form of event suscription, your information will be use for managing your suscription to it and send you updates and news relationed with it or future events.
• In case you send your data through the form for sending CVs, your information will be used for managing your application for job, we colud contact you through any mean for arranging an enterview or sending you information about future personal selection processes. We inform you that the information received through this mean is destroyed in a year time.
• In case that you send your data through the form of application for a project, your data will be used for managing your suscription to it and sending you  information and news related with it.
• In case yo send your data through the form of requesting a catalogue of services, your information will be used for managing your request and sending you  information and related news.

We inform to the user that the information collected will be storaged under confidenciality and the measures of security legaly stablished. The user could exercise the rights of access, cancellation, opposition and rectification, throught a letter with his/her Identification Card to FCSCL, Edif. CRAI-TIC, Campus Vegazana.
